Modular Heatless Desiccant Air Dryer

The MH Series modular heatless desiccant air dryer is designed to provide maximum flexibility in compressed air systems. 

Tailored to meet the rigorous demands of various applications, the MH Series offers unparalleled efficiency, reliability while covering pressure dew points from -40℃ to -70℃

The MH Series modular dryers can offer our clients the most advanced, energy-efficient compressed air systems and help them achieve optimal air quality and operational excellence.

High Quality Dry Air

Pressure dew points from -40℃ to -70℃ and corresponds to ISO 8573-1 class 1 & 2.

Energy Efficiency

The MH Series features our advanced Energy Management System (EMS) is optional and provides a low pressure drop 0.18 barg with possible purge reduction on compressed air demand (on/off load control).

Advanced Control

Several auto-alert options, Modbus-ready design, RS-485 communications equipped with MH Series. And the compressor interlock function reduces the timing of the purge cycle based on compressed air demand.

Modularity (MH5J – 25J)

MH Series can be wall-mounted or installed horizontally, with piping installation possible on left or right side. This, combined with modular design not only simplifies initial installation but also makes future expansions or modifications hassle-free.

User-Friendly

Particularly quiet operation and innovative design allows for quick installation and easy maintenance. Selected models also incorporated an easy-to-use control interface and automatic maintenance alarms, making them a user favorite.

˗   The operation of the dryer is adjusted according the outlet air Dew Point Temperature measured by a precision sensor
˗   EMS takes over compressor interlock function
˗   Interlock function is the basic standard for models of MH40 and larger

˗   Class 1 Pressure Dew Point applications (according to ISO 8573-1-2010)

Compressor Interlock Function

  • Reduce the timing of the purge cycle based on
    compressed air demand
  • The controller monitors the cycle rate of the air
    compressor load/unload to effectively reduce
    timing of purge

(When more than one compressor is connected to
MH the on/off relay of compressor with the lowest
pressure set point, must be used)
